In voice and video, Telsis builds solutions to the strategic and tactical challenges facing operators, leveraging a growing portfolio of purpose-engineered IN platforms. These include application servers, protocol converters, Next-generation Network gateways and a family of programmable switches.
 
In messaging, Telsis was first to market with a new-generation of network infrastructure based on message routing that improves the customer experience over traditional store and forward servers. The Telsis platform, SMS Router, delivers considerable performance and flexibility gains, improving quality of service, reducing costs, and scaling up to maximise available network bandwidth. Sold direct, and through Telsis' global distribution partner Ericsson, SMS Router is deployed with operators around the world, including Hutchison 3G, Telefónica, O2, TeliaSonera, T-Mobile and Vodafone groups, and by Warid Telecom.
 
Telsis also leads the market in advanced SMS applications, offering the world's first
4-tier model for operators wanting to undo the damage caused to text revenues by aggressive price bundling, and drive SMS volumes into a new phase of growth. The model enables the creation, deployment and complete life-cycle management of advanced text services that increase customer recruitment, reduce churn and build new revenues.

The world's gold-standard advanced SMS routing and management platform, Telsis SMS Router, is being sold across more than 140 countries by Ericsson's own direct sales force.
