Telsis employs a full-time staff of customer service engineers fully committed to providing a high level of technical expertise. Utilising both industry standard and bespoke tools, our customer service teams work to ensure first class support, training and services.
24/7 Technical support
Telsis has a support presence in each of its subsidiary offices backed up by a core team based at the Telsis head office in the UK.
Support teams provide:

- 24/7 technical support desk including operational and technical telephone assistance
- Single point of contact for all technical issues
- Direct line to technical support engineers, no call centres

Project delivery
The Telsis project delivery methodology is based on tried and proven Prince 2 best practice and over 20 years of field experience. The first step in the implementation stage is a well-documented service specification and project plan. The Telsis customer service team will work with the customer to agree a system design that satisfies all key stakeholders and can be produced within time and budget constraints.
Providing the basis for a successful long-term customer relationship, projects are initiated with a realistic management approach, utilising scalability and flexibility inherited from long experience in the telecommunications industry.
Training Services
Telsis Training uses advanced technology and training media to ensure customers smooth entry into service with a wide range of training courses. Courses are tailored to meet individual training requirements for operations and support staff.
Our main training centre is located in Fareham, UK and is equipped with the latest learning systems to offer our customers flexibility and adaptability. Alternatively, initial training phases may be performed at the operator’s site.
